What the source says
Cloudflare’s SQL API adds include_attributes to discover attribute keys and types from the preceding seven days of account data. Older parameter names remain functional but deprecated. [1] [2]

discovery results describe available observations within a window; an unreturned field is not necessarily nonexistent. Keep discovery windows, permissions and result limits with audit evidence. Renaming an API field is not evidence that the underlying analytics became more accurate.
